Neha, NY

-When life seemed too hard and unpredictable, I decided to try therapy for help. Elana was my first therapist and not knowing what to expect, she was patient and nonjudgmental. I was able to find a safe space to start peeling the onion back on my deep rooted issues.

My discussions with Elana helped me develop, accept, and maintain a vision on life that I have always envisioned and desired for myself

Jane L, NYC

Working with Elana was an incredibly helpful, positive experience. She was able to help with serious, real-time issues like navigating a marriage falling apart or an acute depression episode, as well as help me make real progress on lifelong patterns.

When I started therapy, I felt like my goal was to emerge as a different person; I felt like everything was wrong with me and needed repair. Through working with Elana, I did change a lot, but I did not become an entirely different person I realized instead I didn’t need to become a different person. I am still myself, just more secure, more supportive of myself, and more willing to let good things into my life. I can trust more in my own abilities and see more what I’m bringing
to the table. - Jen M.
